Chili Fries

A serving of chili fries, Found at Chili Bowl in Washington DC. In what used to be a rough black neighbourhood, now a cool urban strip. Apparently a favourite of Bill Cosby. Bill favours the joint's half smoke, but the excessive chili fries were like a magical American version of poutine. Also available with a ladle of melted 'american cheese', known as - can you guess? - chili cheese fries.
