Tiramisu

Submitted by wilhelmus

Our absolute favorite desert and not to be messed with by trying to be creative with it. Thankfully, this was as traditional as it gets and we were very happy with it.

I forgot the name of this pizza. But I do know if was tasty. The funny thing about this italian restaurant was that it was 100% staffed with Eastern Europeans.
Pizza Primavera

Food in Ireland is definitely challenging for a vegetarian. So pizza is a safe bet. Somehow pizza tastes better in Europe.
Vegetarian Fajitas

Submitted by wilhelmus

The fried vegetables didn't exactly bring back memories of laying on a beach in Acapulco. But it wasn't bad. Fajitas with an Irish twist.

Pita Pockets

A lunch special with a choice of five fillings. Sheri choose hummus. She might have chosen the gorgeous Spanish waiter if he was on the menu.
Traditional Stir-fry

Seriously delicious. In downtown Dublin, we found this veggie oasis in between restaurants filled with lamb stew. Fresh seasonal vegetables stir-fried in ginger and garlic sauce.
Vegetarian Breakfast

It came complimentary with our hotel. Not a great breakfast but not terrible either. A little boring after a few days.
Veggie Burger

Submitted by wilhelmus

A burger doesn't always mean that it's served on a bun. And outside North America, it's usually some ragout filling. Delicious. The restaurant was more like a pub, right on the river Liffey near Temple Bar.
Gilled Cheese Sandwich

Submitted by wilhelmus

In Ireland, they grate every cheese sandwich. A little different and you'd think it would make the cheese melt a bit better. Not the case. The chutney however is a very good idea and has made it on my own grilled sandwiches back home.
